Update: Sanam Bhutto waiting in the ranks
In light of the recent success of the Long March movement, which may have been a victory for the people of Pakistan, one person that has truly lost out is Mr. Asif Ali Zardari and along with it has also dashed the hopes and dreams of his party which he hijacked a year or so back. It is now rumored that Sanam Bhutto is feisty and has in no small words lashed out at her brother-in-law in an interview with Benazir Bhutto’s close confidant Daphne Barak. Though the contents of the interview are yet to be made public
Sanam Bhutto is acting as the watchdog of Bilawal, Bakhtawar and Assefa’s interests and is concerned that other members of Zardari family are working to derive benefits.
The News 18th March 2009: Sanam has been very upset with Asif Zardari’s handling of the PPP that is the most precious political legacy of her father Zulfikar Ali Bhutto and her sister Benazir Bhutto. He betrayed her sister’s promises to the nation about restoration of judges, caused political friction to the point that led Pakistan to the brink of civil war and caused historic damage to the popular Pakistan People’s Party to the maximum extent. Reportedly Sanam Bhutto has said, My father, my brothers, my mother all of us suffered and made sacrifices for PPP and Asif Zardari has usurped it.
Though the interview is yet to be made public but it seem this might be the start of the much talked about PPP breakup where the old guard finally sums up the courage to stand up against the usurper who has conveniently occupied the Presidential Palace
Update March 18th 23:00 PST: In a clarification issued by Sanam Bhutto The News carries an update clarifying that Sanam Bhutto, the sister of slain PPP leader Benazir Bhutto, denied reports of any differences in Bhutto family she is claimed to have cordial relations with President Asif Ali Zardari and there was no property dispute between the Bhutto family and the President. “Bhutto family stands by President Zardari to resolve the challenges facing the country,” she added.

LARKANA, April 15: Sanam Bhutto, in a rare press conference held at the Naudero House here on Wednesday, emphatically denied media reports that she had developed differences with her brother-in-law President Asif Ali Zardari, while Zulfikar Ali Bhutto’s last remaining child also lashed out at PPP-SB leader Ghinwa Bhutto for allegedly grabbing her ancestral lands.
Sindh National Front chief Mumtaz Ali Bhutto also did not escape her wrath, as the soft-spoken but direct Ms Bhutto said he had no business raising a hue and cry over her sister Benazir’s death. Sanam Bhutto, accompanied by Sindh Information Minister Shazia Marri, chose to take questions straight off the bat, instead of making a statement.
“I’ve been coming here all my life. I’ve decided to live in self-imposed exile for whatever reasons,” Sanam Bhutto told the packed press conference when asked what the reason for her visit was. “I’ve got these lands, nothing else in Pakistan. I’m drawn here whether I like it or not. (They) remind me of my father and my lineage. I’m not here to take anything from anyone,” she added. “My sister is dead. I only care about my sister,” she said starkly.
She told the media that as the manager of her lands had not been taking care of her property properly, she had decided to look into the matter herself. When the media insisted on her naming the people who, according to her, had taken over her family land, Sanam Bhutto named Ghinva Bhutto without hesitation. When asked to comment on the political situation obtaining in Pakistan, she refused to comment. “I’m a private person. People here bring politics into everything. Everything is politicised.”
When asked if she kept the lines of communication open with her slain brother Murtaza’s children, she said “they don’t talk to me”. Her strongest reaction was reserved for reports in the press that have surfaced about her alleged differences with Asif Zardari. “You can’t make up lies. I don’t want to be involved in this muck. These are filthy, dirty people” trying to create differences between me and my brother-in-law, said Ms Bhutto.
Though refusing to comment on the political situation, she did let a comment slip through as her guard dropped for a second. “It’s not the democratic governments that mess things up. It is the governments before them.” Referring to Mumtaz Bhutto’s repeated demands to bring Benazir Bhutto’s killers to justice, Sanam Bhutto asked where the SNF chief was when her sister was suffering after ZAB’s death.
“Where was he when my mother and sister were in Sihala Jail? He abused my sister, now he wants to use her.” Shazia Marri said Sanam Bhutto held the press conference in order to prevent ‘conspiracies’ from springing up if unanswered questions remained.

I do not think TEETH MAESTRO is a propoganda blog in any way.
Awab is quite impartial and I like his choice of posts,they are different and thought provoking.
He puts a challenge before people,that is why people are often at their worst while responding.
He makes us come out of our comfort zones.His choice of subject is often provocative but I find it excellent ,it allows one to take a deep breath and cut away from daily politics and think about behind the scene ,which is true politics.

First blood has been drawn with the restoration of CJ Iftikhar. The lawyers may not like it, but this was Punjab’s victory. And Zardari’s fault. Imposing governor’s rule in Punjab ensured Nawaz Sharif threw his lot in with the lawyers. Check the record, Sharif was wavering about the sit-in, asking questions of the lawyers, demanding to know more about time frames and objectives. Then came the bolt of lightning, upending his government in Punjab, and out the window went any talk of compromise.
While there will be few tears shed at seeing the back of Zardari and his government, spare a thought for the country. What comes next is dangerous for the federation. Until now, the PPP’s strength in Punjab meant that whoever else wanted to rule Pakistan had to reach out to the other provinces. But Sharif won’t be bothered by that inconvenience any more. Since his return to Pakistan he’d anyway shown little interest in building his party base in Sindh, Balochistan and the NWFP. Now he may not even bother to go through the motions.
So Zardari’s disastrous gamble has not just damaged him. It’s thrown Punjab into the arms of its new saviour. When Sharif’s time comes, he will necessarily respond to the province’s demands first and foremost. For anyone who understands the inter-provincial tensions that are always lurking just below the surface, that is truly a scenario from hell.

As per two leading dailies The News International and Daily Dawn and several Private TV Channels of Pakistan that the leaders of Pakistan Muslim League - Q [Shujaat League] are holding meetings with everybody to form government in Punjab. We have to understand what is the reason of this article, repeated articles, blogs, sms and news against Zardari and PPP.
The only reason is the PUNJAB and its establishment wants to throw the PPP regime and Zardari from the corridors of power, All this propaganda is again and again originated from Punjab and all the Punjabi journalists heavily paid by invisible forces are involve in generating these news.
Can anyone every try to think how Ansar Abbasi got secret reports ?
He is on payroll of the biggest invisible force of this country, the Journalists sitting on TV channels are all Punjabies all the Anchors are punjabies and they have only one Agenda, Throw PPP government to Establish Pro Pujab Government.
This was the reason behind Lawyers movement and this will not stop, it will continue till PPP government has been thrown out by Punjab.

The other and the biggest reason of this game is Provincial Autonomy Bill, When parties will sit on the issue of eliminating 17th Amendment, This issue will be raised by PPP MQM and parties from Smaller Provinces, but Punjab can’t afford that as Punjab is feeding itself on the lives and blood of smaller provinces.

On Jung Group ,because I am from Lahore ,I have not come accross journalists who appreciate Nawaz.Trust me when I say Jung group is not pro any one but they do change their editorial lines quickly from a pro to anti.
Well regarding Jung Group ,Nawaz has tried to block their publishing in the past,like the printing ink was blocked.
Look how he treated Najam Sethi and Jugno Mohsin they are lahore based journalists.
The point I am making here is again it is not the matter of Punjab.
The specific journalists should be served with notice and persecuted not only them the politicians who try to block the transmission .It is about time a code of conduct should be applied to JOURNALISM.

Second you...what u did not mentioned is Fatima can bring people from all four provinces together. Using Bhutto name and her intellect. Break in PPP is righting on the wall, this time clean people will join Fatimah, but She wont be powerful as Benazir. All street smart and Q mindset will join Zardari. That means Zardari will become something like Jatoi or Khar. PPP will go to other group. Establishment has been promoting Fatimah for long time, Aitazaz, Naheed and Amin Fahim would be with him.
But fact is Zardari with his street thug mindset is not a right choice for a nation which is almost 50 years ahead of his best imagination.
