Nokia 888

Nokia

The cell phone market especially in Pakistan is cut throat crazy, where this utensil is now officially become a part of life, even our guards and drivers carry it with them and naturally the upper class need the flaunt with the latest, so it is not surprising that manufacturers are putting a tremendous effort in to try and out-do the other in an effort to make money. Unlike buying a car where you plan to use it for at least 3-4 years, cell phones are like disposable commodities where the normal perception is to use it for six months then buy a brand new phone.

Nokia has come with 888 which at the moment only exists on the drawing board but it looks awesome and I can almost bet that within 2-3 years we will have this phone in production and our designer conscious class would be showing it off. This bracelet-like 888, is envisioned to use a liquid battery, feature speech recognition, a flexible touch screen, and a touch sensitive body cover.

Check out Nokia’s future concepts at Design Awards where they show off the device’s potential features, including an alarm clock, PDA, GPS, phone, push email receiver, digital wallet and, of course, jewelry.

speech recognition is nothing new with cell phones. i really don’t understand the cell phone market. i don’t see why or how consumers are suckered into buying these things. why do they feel so compelled to dispose phones at a drop of a hat. it’s the consumers that are weirder than the producers. i use a phone for a phone and nothing else. a camera and music player is beyond my needs. well at this level of quality anyway.

Good to see you are alive :)…Your blogging seemed to be stuck at Questions post but now good to see you post again.

Technology is changing so fast that we can expect new thing every second week, as the new technology arrives old one is deemed useless, the market in pakistan especially for cell phones i very good and you see new models every day people change cell phones like clothes these days.

IS that a phone!! Looks sensual. And reminds me of a couch!

Ahh sleep!

I think after some days time…Kids of Pakistan will be playing with that cell.

cellfone is cesspool in my eye whatsoever design it has 888 or 777,it sucks 1st it sucks bcoz its devaluation at once after buying 2nd the network provider ufff turns awful, their service has been become cesspool of cellfone services. They talk much ballyhoo but do malcontents, thats true that now sims becomes sins for us i mean everybody can buy sim in a toffy rate.i went ISB 3 years back when cellfone wasnt enuff spreaded i was coming to ISB Airport in taxi from F-10,when taxi took me in airport parking i gave him 1000 rupees in order to give me a change taxi driver pulled out his kurta chest pocked in which he had a nokia 8810,which i was too,so i was astonished to see N8810 taxi driver kept. well i took changed to him and got to back karachi and changed my cell bought Sam N620.which was unique at that time and no one had it. even knew bout it now everybody duz knows.so one day when 888 comes nomad and peasant can also use it,alongside with uppers.
one more thing i had a jazz 210 series1st which service became worse,it is apparent in shape of accusing and mulct to both mob&U of bad services by a watchdogs of govt.2nd i had a paktel gsm which they exaggerate alot in media by their topsy-turvy terms.which no longer connect to neither call in nite untill 8 am.what a raving beauty..??
3rd cellfone use make chances of hypertension and later brain tumor which is an apparent in the intl research papers.
so how to exorcize from tumor and Tremor.its Topsy-Turvy.Think Thrice.

The English of Yasir Salam is really a horror. He wants to be so slang, but at the end it’s even not possibile to read and understand well all the article, it was tyring and hard to understand. You better use the English that you know from school, otherwise your opinion will have no value like this.

I love it this phones rocks

and I agree With “Pet” That guys english is appalling !
