Every government has the right to create their own rules of conduct specially in times of chaos, I just hope that the "license to kill" does not become a "clowning glory" for the police. I hope the ones who killed the innocent man by mistake will find peace in his heart too. I'm sorry that this is happening in London, I'm sure that the government is doing something about it. Peace. But even then a trigger happy police is not they type you want watching your back. The most effective means of incapacitating a suspect is to shoot at the central body mass which contains the central nervous system.
