No, I have not read any such hadith anywhere, nor this things seems appealing that to donate for Hajj one has to have performed hajj first. If there is no hadith then forget about any Fatwa because in this period there are a lot of pseudo Aalims which according to our dearest Prophet Muhammad peace and blessings be upon him are the worst creatures under the heavens.

please help us to solve the problum that is arrised in the commmunity to raised money for a converted muslim sister in our communited.she wish to go to hajj.she i dovirce and in her family no body is muslim and she is poor.we have raised money for hajj but one family raised a point that you can not donate money for hajj if you did not performed hajj yourself.is there is any haddies our any fatwa about this .please reply as soon as possibel time running short.

I just want to appreciate the name chosen for this program. Aalim online is actually Jaahil online. It is in the Holy Quran that actual aalims are those who hold piety in them and according to this information which has been made available ( I am really thankful to this) it has been proved that he is far away from piety. Thus, he is actually Jaahil online. I hope that as a curse of God he is turned to Jahil OFFline soon. InshaAllah.
May Allah Almighty protect all of us from such Juhala. Prophet Muhammad pbuh has also once spoken of such Juhala. He said that those pseudo Ulemas (aalim) would be the WORST CREATURES under the heavens. Alhamdulillah that we see the fulfillment of this Hadith in the personaliy of Dr. Liaqat Husain.

I think that the murder of two Ahmadis one in Mirpur Khas and the second in Nawabshah can be directly attributed to the illogical assertions made in the so called “Aalim on line”, on 7/9/08 and call for an FIR to be registered against the personnel who gave and consented on this fatwa. Will the concerned act and give a proper shut-up call and ensure writ of the govt.
