Second driver seat belts
The National Highway Safety Council has done extensive testing on a newly designed seat belt. Results show that accidents can be reduced by as much as 45% when the belt is properly installed. Correct installation is illustrated below:

THE MAJOR FAULT WITH THIS DESIGN RESULTS IN THE DRIVER NOT RECEIVING ANY DIRECTIONS AND AS WE ALL KNOW, WITHOUT DIRECTIONS, MOST MEN TAKE 3 HOURS TO DO A 10 MINUTE JOURNEY. THEY EITHER GET LOST AND REFUSE TO ASK PEDESTRIANS FOR DIRECTIONS OR, AS IN MOST CASES, THEIR ATTENTION SPAN (BEING LESS THAN THAT OF MY DOG) RESULTS IN THEM DOING A COMPLETE TOUR OF LONDONS SIGHTS JUST TO GET A PINT OF MILK FROM THE SHOP 5 MINUTES AWAY FROM THEIR HOME IN DEVON.
